The holidays are usually an expected time of happy celebrations with family and friends getting together. All the reunions are absolutely wonderful but for some, there is a reunion missing. A loved one is missing that we cannot talk to, hug and share a laugh with. Whether the absence is recent or years old, it exists, it is real and harder for some than others. For this reason, we set aside one Sunday during the Advent Season to let loved ones take a moment to remember them.
On Sunday, December 10th, we will have candles available at the 8:30 and 11:00 am services so anyone can take time to light a candle in remembrance of those loved ones. We hope the candles of loving remembrance will bring some comfort and peace to all.
